David joined PBO in August 2002. PBO is his 6th arts non-profit organization; others have included SF Jazz, and live theaters in Santa Barbara (CA): The Lobero Theatre, Ensemble Theatre Project, Garvin Theatre, and Center Stage Theatre. A fan of classical, jazz and world music, he once hosted a weekly jazz radio program “52nd Street” on the Southern California NPR affiliate KCLU, programming music and interviewing musicians. He loves films (especially foreign and classics) and British comedy, and wishes Jordi Savall would guest conduct (and someday play with) PBO every season.
