Bio: Douglas Tanner is the Head of the Global Securities Group of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & Mc-Cloy LLP. Prior to coming to the New York office, Doug was the managing partner of both the Palo Alto and Hong Kong offices of the firm. He was also Head of the firm's Asia corporate practice, overseeing mergers and acquisitions work and debt and equity offerings in the Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo offices. Doug has also practiced corporate law in Los Angeles, New York City and San Francisco.
